Job Role - Hotel Manager
Operations Management
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments (housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, reservations, and security) function smoothly.
Coordinate with department heads to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and manage a multilingual team proficient in English, Tamil and Hindi.
Motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Guest Experience
Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and reviews, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.
Establish systems to deliver personalized guest experiences and exceed expectations.
Manage VIP guest interactions and handle escalations effectively.
Financial Management
Oversee budgets, manage expenses, and track profitability.
Work closely with the reservation manager to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Marketing and Branding
Collaborate with marketing to promote the hotel and attract guests.
Drive partnerships with local businesses and tourism boards to increase visibility.
Job Role - Receptionist
Guest Services
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Reservations and Front Desk Management
Manage room bookings and cancellations through the hotel's reservation system.
Ensure accurate billing and payment processing at check-in/check-out.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and special offers.
Communication
ct as a liaison between guests and other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Coordinate with the Reservation Manager to optimize room occupancy.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Manage room bookings and cancellations through the hotel's reservation system.
Ensure accurate billing and payment processing at check-in/check-out.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and special offers
General Administration
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and equipped with necessary supplies.
Assist in training junior staff and providing guidance as needed.
